About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior ABM & Integrated Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing team at KT and partner with Sales to develop a high touch ABM approach with the goal of building and accelerating sales pipeline for Enterprise accounts. You have a data-driven mindset and experience building metrics that communicate the efficacy of the ABM program.

What You'll Do:

  • Define ABM strategies, objectives, and execution plans, encompassing multiple ABM tools and technologies, including ICP development, target account selection, intent options, and marketing tactics (advertising, direct mail, email, and events)
  • Develop and execute global campaigns (intent-based, vertical, and competitive) to targeted personas, applying ABM principles and techniques to generate pipeline and high-quality opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development, and digital marketing to ensure effective execution
  • Educate the Sales team on ABM activities and how to understand and act on account engagement data
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize programs using metrics and data including but not limited to account engagement, program pipeline, funnel velocity, and opportunity conversion
  • Plan for future development and scaling of the ABM program to include 1-to-1 and 1-to-few personalization and expansion of customer marketing campaigns
  • Manage implementation of new marketing tech for ABM

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years experience in high-tech B2B marketing running campaigns and AMB--from strategy to execution to measurement and reporting
  • BA in business, communications, or marketing (MBA a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms and software such as DemandBase, 6Sense, Terminus as well as chat functionality for ABM (Drift)
  • Understanding of database marketing, CRM, and marketing automation (ideally Eloqua, SFDC)
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop a compelling vision
  • Solid communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and 1:1 collaboration). Ability to present program strategy and plans clearly and collect and act on feedback from stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset and experience building metrics that communicate the efficacy of the ABM program
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Collaborative in nature and ability to build excellent rapport with internal and external teams
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
