Does analyzing data, and creating and sharing compelling stories from that data sound exciting? KeepTruckin is seeking an experienced B2B Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team and support the Marketing team.

You will analyze data to shape Marketing strategy, uncover opportunities for business growth, and communicate recommendations at all levels of the organization. You will attack complex, interesting, and impactful questions and eventually become the subject matter expert. You will be responsible for the full data analysis lifecycle -- including problem definition, data preparation, analysis, synthesis, and recommendations.

You’ll embed yourself deep in the world of trucking and help understand the forces that govern it.  Working with geospatial, transportation, and economic data, you’ll help optimize the way freight moves throughout North America.

What You’ll Do: 

  • You will drive data-driven decision-making related to the lead lifecycle across our marketing efforts
  • Deeply understand our B2B business, our goals, our customer acquisition targets, and turn them into quantitative problems we can solve.
  • Use our platform data (Marketo, Bizible, SFDC, Snowflake dB), web analytics data, and third-party data to size, segment, and build audiences for marketing campaigns.
  • Using a wide range of methodologies, analyze campaign performance and automate reporting using business intelligence tools to drive future investment decisions.
  • Don’t just run the numbers; interpret what they mean and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence how we operate.
  • Translate insights into meaningful business recommendations. Support marketing automation initiatives (performance reporting, scoring, nurturing, triggering, gating, and experimentation) as well as recommend improved multi-touch attribution models.
  • Lead analytics projects across the organization and mentor analysts
  • Gatekeeper for data pipes flowing into tableau from all different media buying platforms: Facebook, Linkedin, DV360, CM360, SA360, Yahoo DSP, etc +  CRM platform (Salesforce) QA data, custom reporting pulls for marketing teams as needed
  • Dedicated to performance team (Marketing Channels)
    • Cross-channel look at data and recommend optimizations across different tactics within each channel on a weekly basis and re-adjust goal forecasting accordingly every time there's a cross-channel shift
    • Focus on deep dive marketing campaign and channel analysis
    • Deeper analysis into campaign and channel results, testing recommendations and result reads.  Website, audience and competitor analysis

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 6+ years of experience with marketing measurement and analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or similar field, focused experience or education in areas like analytics, consulting, data science, and statistics.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to create, work and summarize large data sets into clear insights that inform decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel a MUST.
  • Preferred experience, with Marketo, Salesforce, attribution tools, Python and R, Adobe or Google Analytics
  • Experience in using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.)
