Come build the future of data at BetterUp! We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Analyst to join our team. At BetterUp we believe that data is critical to our success. What you’ll do:

  • Work with our Customer Success & Transformation team to ensure they have the data to make better decisions faster.

  • Contribute to the development of a suite of predictive models to measure account health and provide actionable alerts and recommendations to improve customer outcomes.

  • Partner closely with analytics engineering to design new datasets that delight our business users.

  • Own the Customer Success and Account Heath Explores and dashboards in Looker, ensuring the continued accuracy of the data and building new dimensions/measures as they are needed.

  • Partner with the Customer Success & Transformation team to identify KPIs and build standardized reporting to measure progress toward functional goals.

  • Conduct data deep dives to better understand what is happening in the business and proactively identify new areas of opportunity and risk. Present results and recommendations to cross-functional partners and the Executive Team.

  • Evangelize the strategic use of analytics through educating business partners on how to self serve and interpret data, and working with them to translate insights into action.

  • Play an integral role in helping define the analytics function at BetterUp.

  • Report to the Director of Product Analytics and provided embedded, full-service support to the CS&T function

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 5+ years of experience programming with SQL and LookML; advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; Python / R experience a plus

  • Previous customer support and / or sales analytics experience required; experience with Salesforce a plus

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex results into clear strategic recommendations

  • Keen customer empathy and insight into social and economic trends that impact our external customers, and the ability to provide effective thought partnership and enablement to internal customers.

  • A self-starter that can jump right in and quickly add value 

  • A demonstrated ability to think like an owner and make effective prioritization decisions in a dynamic environment

  • A strong desire to be a builder of something new

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $121,600 – $206,500.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is: 
$137,650 – $206,500 : New York City
$129,550 – $194,350: Nassau, Newburgh
$121,600 – $182,450 : Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
