We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Senior Analyst to drive insights for our Data Science Product team while focusing on our Sportsbook vertical. The Data Science Product team is in charge of crafting the overall strategy for Data Science and defining the project requirements and goals for our Data Science Engineers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our Product Managers and using data to prioritize our product roadmap and measure the success of key initiatives. You will help guide the future of our products, specifically Online Sportsbook. What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Data Science Product:

Conduct open-ended analysis on Sportsbook product navigation and customer journeys to create and prioritize the Data Science roadmap for recommendations.

Define measurable goals for existing and future Data Science products and create dashboards to monitor the performance of these critical success metrics.

Set up and analyze experiments comparing Data Science algorithms against each other to test hypotheses and drive value for the business.

Partner with the data science team to develop algorithms and models to best personalize the experience for Sportsbook customers.

Mentor and coach other analysts across the business.
What you’ll bring:

2+ years of analytics or data science experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.

Ability to take complicated problems and create simple, analytical frameworks.

Comfortable synthesizing technical analysis and presenting to cross-functional audiences.

Expertise with SQL, Excel and R, Python, or another statistical programming language.

Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Experience with inferential statistics and predictive modeling.

Ability to work autonomously, with a strong desire to produce high-quality work.
This position can sit in either Boston, MA or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
