About the Role
As we continue to rapidly expand into additional markets, we are looking to add members to our Marketplace Operations team to support our Marketplace Health efforts. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in improving and creating strategies to trade off levers across driver compensation, incentives, driver recruitment, and others to determine the most optimal way for Veho to ensure our routes are sold.
In this role, you will need to develop deep expertise and understanding of how Veho’s processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable working with data and leading analysis independently. Our team is data and insights-driven, so you’ll need to be comfortable combining both qualitative and quantitative insights to make decisions. You must also be able to translate these insights into action and have the ability to manage the implementation and execution of complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups.

The starting salary for this role is $118,300. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
