Position Summary:
PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst in our Enterprise Solutions and Applications (ESA) team. The ESA team partners with other teams across the business to turn data into information, information into insights and insights into key business decisions that steer the strategic direction of the company’s critical business lifecycles.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysts, the successful candidate will be an individual with strong business and technical aptitude, problem-solving skills with a focus on operational analysis and presentation of results, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast past environment.
The right individual for this role loves problem-solving and is a strong verbal and written communicator. We are looking for someone excited about value and digital transformation opportunities to turn data and process into knowledge and automation. This individual will design innovative approaches to extract actionable insights by identifying patterns in structured and unstructured data and develop recommendations to drive business automation.
Success in this role is defined by gaining the business’ confidence that you are their trusted advocate who can tap into proper Enablement resources to drive timely solutions, and that you thoroughly understand the business need, data, and technology to support them effectively.
