We’re looking for a senior account manager with a proven record of providing a superior level of service to a large set of customers.  The Senior Customer Success Manager, Analytics will be responsible for assisting and managing all aspects of customer engagement.  You’ll work closely with the Sales Team during the entire sales cycle to assist with winning and onboarding new customers.  You’ll also be responsible for managing existing customer relationships – training, developing KPIs, identifying customer needs, upselling/cross-selling,  and maintaining superior levels of customer happiness to successfully renew business agreements.  You will leverage Kinsa Insights solutions and provide supporting data to bring them compelling insights to help them accomplish business objectives.

Responsibilities:

    • Customer Relationship Management.  Work jointly with the Sales Team and Customers to develop solution KPIs and continuously measure progress towards achievement. You will ensure all customer deliverables are met.User 
    • Adoption. Evangelize the utilization of Kinsa Insights through training and validation across multiple use cases.  Monitor utilization across all users and assist in making Kinsa Insights actionable.  
    • Value Creation. Work with customer teams to identify their key business needs and match organization capabilities to help achieve business goals.  Quantify and communicate value delivered.   
    • Best Practice Sharing. Ensure best practices and success stories are socialized with all Customers through regular training sessions, webinar participation, and case study development. 
    • Engage Cross-Functionally. Drive Customer initiatives through cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering.
    • Innovation. Facilitate collaboration between the customer and Product Management team to develop jointly beneficial new products and solutions.

Requirements:

    • Analytic Skill Requirements:
    • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to do data analysis and mining is a must
    • Experience working with seasonal products and retail point-of-sale and syndicated data (e.g. Neilson and IRI) is preferred
    • Proficiency in data analysis/mining software

    • Account Management Requirements:
    • Excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
    • Superior presentation and both oral and written communication skills
    • Project management skills and prior exposure to developing and successfully executing against project plans

    • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing with relevant CPG or Retail experience in shopper marketing, supply chain, sales, 3rd party data providers, and/or category management.

    • Bonus Points:
    • Experience working within the health tech or with cold and flu products 
    • Previous consulting or professional services experience 
    • Ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to proactively pitch in
