Our HQ is in Curitiba, but in this position, you could work from wherever you want. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work with our Product Team. Our mission is to ensure the best experience for all EBANX's clients through our products’ strategic management and projects’ execution, always maintaining a good relationship with internal and external stakeholder

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will solve challenging data problems every day by focusing on supporting our team's results  and goals. You will think not just about delivering dashboards, but also what is the best data to ensure the best decision making.  You will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Product Team and cross-functionally with colleagues in other business areas (Sales, Technology, Customer Support, and Customer Success) to understand the business and provide the best data visualization and information.

We expect a proactive person, skilled with numbers, curious, focused and detail-oriented, who will help us tell stories through data, in addition to having interpersonal skills with internal and external players.

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and analysts to brainstorm new KPIs and define success criteria.
• Understand our team's pain, create, execute and communicate data solutions, results and analytical products;
• Influence data centered decisions;
• Collaborate with the product team and cross functional teams to understand what are the best data visualizations to each situation;
• Foster the data culture and practice aligned with the business needs.
• Follow the OKR for each team - being the guardian for each indicator and helping to build the metrics;
• Be the data reference person in the team;
• Talk about new methodologies and data management in the industry to our team;
• Ensure a healthy relationship with our data engineer team;

What's mandatory:

• Passionate about working collaboratively for building and delivering great products that make a difference for our customers - you will be required to bring data to the table.
• Experience as a Data analyst and using BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Google Analytics)
• Advanced SQL and exceL and experience in statistics.
• Go deep into data - understand and prepare the dataset.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to work with data-driven decisions 
• Demonstrate ability in planning and running analytical products.
• Demonstrate ability in communicating with data.
• Share knowledge and co-creation with the product data team.
• Self-driven and organized – you don't need hand-holding or micromanaging.
• Communication skills in English.
• Airflow (orchestrate our data sources pipeline);
• Git;
