Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a full-time Senior Data Engineer who will work as part of a small team to integrate our data from internal systems for business operations. This will include financial, customer, sales, marketing, and product data. You will work within an agile, sprint-based team to architect an ETL/ELT framework, use Airflow to build and orchestrate the data pipelines, and work within Snowflake as our corporate data warehouse.
What You'll Accomplish
Collaborate with others on the Business Operations Data team and stakeholders across functions to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Architect an ETL/ELT framework for internal business operations
Use Airflow to orchestrate data pipelines
Maintain our data platform within Snowflake
Assist in analysis of operational data
Help create visualizations for operational data
As an internal user of Airflow, provide feedback to the product and engineering teams
What You'll Need to be Successful
Apache Airflow experience (1 year minimum, 2+ years ideal)
Snowflake experience (1 year minimum, 2+ years ideal)
ETL/ELT experience (5 years minimum, 7+ years ideal)
Cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure; 2 years minimum, 3+ years ideal)
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Python fluency
Bonus Points if You Have
Data analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field OR equivalent experience
Applicable professional certification/qualifications
