Organizing and analyzing data from various sources to understand key pain points and opportunities from the numbers, the Senior Director will influence decision making. Within this role, the team member will use a range of tools and methodologies, including statistics and technical expertise, to generate results which highlight useful insights. This role requires high-level communications skills, a strong sense of urgency, and focus on how their team’s analyses will impact the business. 

What you’ll do:

  • Head an organization of analytics leaders and senior level analysts that are partnered with many distinct areas of the StockX business.
  • Foster and spearhead the analytics strategy at StockX. Ensuring that analyses are used efficiently and effectively as possible. 
  • Consistently enable the team to deliver actionable insights that drive data-based decision-making on a wide range of initiatives from across many distinct business units
  • Work closely with engineering, finance, marketing, and product to create holistic analytic solutions in an ever-changing business landscape.
  • Turn numbers and data into clear, concise recommendations to assist executive leaders.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience creating insights, providing solutions and exposing possible areas of opportunity
  • Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests. An understanding of confidence intervals and noise reduction techniques
  • Comfort in presenting complex data insights to senior leadership.
  • Business acumen and vision to create a roadmap for that Analytics team that will continue to best support the evolving needs of the company.
  • 10+ years of applied experience working performing data analysis 
  • 5+ years of leading high performing analytics teams
  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Economics, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Finance) or equivalent experience
  • Deep domain knowledge in product & marketing analytics is a plus

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $200,000 to $220,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
