We’re searching for a Senior Housing Market Analyst to join our growing company. Each month, Divvy buys and sells hundreds of single-family homes across 18 distinct US housing markets. We are looking for an experienced analyst to track indicators in these markets and form opinions about what may happen next. As Senior Housing Market Analyst, you will collaborate closely with executives on ad hoc analyses to inform their decision making, build self-serve tools to enable visibility into housing market conditions for all members of Divvy, and surface market insights to the company at a regular cadence.

Day to day, expect to do a mix of exploratory analysis, onboarding new data sources, keeping up with industry news, tool building, and written and oral presentation. We’re looking for people who feel comfortable diving into difficult problems, getting their hands dirty, and producing insights. You will report directly to our VP of Data Science & Analytics.

Skills & Experience

• You have 3+ years of experience working in data analysis
• You have 1+ years of experience working with housing
• You are highly skilled in SQL
• You have experience with a BI system such as Tableau, Sigma, Looker, etc.  
• You have excellent written and oral communication, and feel comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders
• Background in economics / macro highly valued
