We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Analyst to be a key player in leading the growth strategy of our real estate agent channel. In this role, you'll be challenged to think creatively about how to drive agent productivity and grow one of the most critical customer acquisition channels for Divvy.
You’ll be a core member of the growing Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Sales team, using your analysis to help inform strategy that drives agent engagement. We’ll rely on you to answer key questions about what’s happening in our business by using your analytical skills, use those insights to inform business decisions and process improvements, and create dashboards that make our teams more effective and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, lean into new challenges, and see the role as one with potential for rapid growth in responsibility.
