We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Analyst to be a key player in leading the growth strategy of our real estate agent channel. In this role, you'll be challenged to think creatively about how to drive agent productivity and grow one of the most critical customer acquisition channels for Divvy.
You’ll be a core member of the growing Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Sales team, using your analysis to help inform strategy that drives agent engagement. We’ll rely on you to answer key questions about what’s happening in our business by using your analytical skills, use those insights to inform business decisions and process improvements, and create dashboards that make our teams more effective and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, lean into new challenges, and see the role as one with potential for rapid growth in responsibility.
How you'll make an impact
- Dig into Divvy's data using SQL and Excel to uncover opportunities for unlocking meaningful growth
- Measure and track results to help assess the business impact and improve effectiveness of future strategies
- Create dashboards and charts to help internal users become more effective in their roles
- Help develop and iterate on scalable processes that derive strategic areas of improvement
- Scope different agent engagement strategies, with the ultimate goal of driving customer acquisition
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product and engineering teams
What you'll need
- 2+ years of relevant work experience within business analysis, analytics, business operations, or equivalent roles, with project management abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL
- Proven track record of developing and iterating operational processes
- Ability to articulate complex problems, processes, or data to peers as well as senior management
- Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/weekExperience working cross-functionally
- Real estate experience is a plus!
