About The Role

As Senior Manager, Growth Product Analytics, you’ll be responsible for strategizing and guiding the Growth Product roadmap which includes but is not limited to informing our acquisition funnel strategy across multiple products (Credit Builder, Cards, Marketplace, Rents and Bills, etc.). Specifically, you will be responsible for driving higher originations and converting web and app visitors to long term customers. 

This role will report to the Head of Product Analytics.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and mentor a high performing team of analysts to deliver high quality projects in a timely manner
  • Drive higher originations by continuously providing data driven recommendations and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to manage projects and guide the Product Analytics roadmap development
  • Help the team to create impactful and intentional analyses and reports
  • Assess competitive Product landscape and leverage insights to drive A/B experiments.
  • Define how to measure success across various teams by creating metrics and KPI’s in partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing
  • Help improve outcomes for Builders (customers) through segmentation, engagement analysis and experimentation
  • Frequently interact and strategize with executives

What you'll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related analytical field and/or extensive industry experience (Master’s Preferred)
  • 7+ years Analytics experience, preferably Product Analytics
  • Demonstrated capability of leading and growing a team of Analysts
  • 3-5 years direct people management and experience with direct reports
  • A successful track record of developing people as a player coach
  • Enabled your teams to uncover insights to explain business performance, hit targets and timelines, and identify areas of opportunity to grow the business
  • Advanced SQL experience, and you are familiar with various statistical modeling techniques
  • Experience with techniques such as A/B testing, and quasi-experimentation such as difference in differences, time series analysis, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to finish the work you start, and you’re comfortable communicating your insights to stakeholders at every stage of the business
  • Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills
  • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, humble, and proactive
