 1Password is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst, Enterprise Analytics who will up-level the analytics capabilities of 1Password’s marketing organization. This position will focus primarily on the enterprise funnel, empowering the demand generation team as they execute marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and ARR for the organization. The ideal candidate in this role will be highly flexible, opinionated and curious to understand the data environment. This candidate should expect to operate in a high-visibility role, informing marketing teams of their full-funnel impacts and providing strategic recommendations.

This is a Remote opportunity within the United States & Canada.

What we're looking for:

    • -We seek an individual with 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing analytics field
    • SQL proficiency for pulling, manipulating, and transforming data
    • Visualization proficiency using a BI tool like Tableau, Looker, etc.
    • Sales assisted enterprise marketing funnel experience
    • Salesforce / Marketo familiarity- Exposure to attribution logic
    • Experience with an analytics tool for reporting
    • Experience with defining marketing campaign tracking requirements
    • Intermediate knowledge of Python a plus
    • Intense curiosity for understanding the business and optimizing the funnel
    • Eagerness to teach the org how to self-serve
    • Startup attitude – a sense of ownership for business landscape

What you can expect:

    • Up-level reporting on sales-assisted enterprise funnels, bridging the gap between internal marketing / conversion data and external salesforce / marketo data
    • Conduct forecasting for the sales-assist funnel, developing the teams’ expectations for upcoming performance based on trend, seasonality and incremental marketing initiatives
    • Collaborate with analysts to drive an understanding of how the self-serve and sales-assist funnel impact each other
    • Define attribution modeling for the sales-assist teams, growing our understanding of nurture campaigns and incremental marketing touchpoint outcomes
    • Develop refined dashboards to help stakeholders monitor the health of the funnel
    • Transform raw data into actionable data sets for reporting and analyses
    • Strong collaborative atmosphere with other analysts, where communication, collaboration, and cross-training are critical to the success of the team
    • A high degree of visibility with our executive team and marketing leadership on the outcomes of analyses and your recommendations
