As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be part of the dynamic and innovative team at DraftKings, driving the success and optimization of our growing suite of fantasy products. Leveraging your exceptional data analysis skills, proficiency in experimentation techniques such as A/B testing, ability to create impactful Tableau dashboards, and experience in conducting insightful deep dive analysis, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking valuable insights and driving data-informed decision-making to shape the future of our products. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, strategic direction, and growth of our suite of Fantasy products, making this an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the sports entertainment industry.

What you'll do as a Senior Product Analyst, Fantasy Products:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Developers, to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our Fantasy products.

  • Utilize experimentation techniques, such as A/B testing, to measure the impact of new features and optimizations on customer behavior and product performance.

  • Implement robust user journey tracking methodologies to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key product performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Conduct deep dive analysis on large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integrity for analysis purposes.

  • Take ownership of core product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure their tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Be a general strategic problem solver capable of partnering across job functions to evaluate and recommend the best course of action

  • Mentor and support other analysts in the team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in data analysis and experimentation (A/B testing)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms.

  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau, to create insightful dashboards and reports.

  • Ability to derive insights from large datasets and present findings to cross-functional audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,600.00 - $134,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
