The base salary range for this role is $98,000 per year - $162,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Data, Product, Finance, and taxes.
• Work closely with business partners to fully understand the business processes and areas of improvement across the platform.
• Partner with business and Data teams on data integration and automationLeverage business process knowledge and expertise in Operations, Business Intelligence, and Finance areas to drive business process improvements.
• Identify business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting solution implementations.
• Remain current on technology and trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming world.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with ability to extract data from prepared sources and transform it into both ad-hoc and structured continuous insights.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineers and stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships.
• Experience managing analysts in high-growth environments, preferably B2C.
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
• Highly outcome oriented and data driven.
• Experience with data languages including SQL and R or Python, and tools like Tableau, Micro-strategy, Redshift, or SnowflakeExcellent influencing and problem resolution skills.
• Positive and flexible attitude, a willingness to embrace new initiatives and develop expertise in the Operations function of the business
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to gather, evaluate and analyze relevant information while structuring material in a logical and coherent manner.
• Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities.
