Social Finance Inc. seeks Staff Pricing Analyst in Reston, VA:
Job Duties: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the pricing strategies and improve the
analytical frameworks used for decision making. Interpret data with SQL/Tableau, surface insights using
math, statistics, industry experience, and measure the business impact using efficiency, conversion, and
profit metrics. Develop and test pricing strategies across different consumer lending products that
optimize profitability through the improvement of revenue, credit risk, and cost per customer
acquisition. Analyze the existing portfolio and strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Leverage
pricing models to simulate profitability from pricing strategies and forecast changes to SoFi’s customer
credit portfolio. Build reporting and dashboards to deliver results of pricing strategies to the business.
Build intuitive and analytical models and frameworks to help decision makers understand the price
elasticity of customer segments. Collect, organize, and analyze industry data and reports including
marketing and competitive intelligence reports and historical performance data to find insights.
Continuously discover trends in customer behavior to inform decision making and recommend changes
to strategies as needed. Routinely present analyses to SoFi business leaders. Build analytical frameworks
to inform business strategy. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Data Science, Business
Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of
business intelligence/business analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s
degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related
quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of business
intelligence/business analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an
option.
Salary: $204,942.00 - $235,683.30 per annum.
