As a member of the Business Intelligence Data Culture team, you will be focused mainly on contributing to the maturity of our data visualization and analytics practice. We’re looking for amazing people to contribute to the alignment of data pipelines, architecture, and delivery systems with Master Data definitions, data visualization tools and Data Governance. You will help a growing team build and foster a culture of company-wide data engagement and best practices by making data accessible and at the center of every conversation.

What You'll Do:

• Certify Master data pipelines in our Tableau online environment
• Facilitate Tableau Doctor sessions with internal users to teach and train on visualization best practices, skills enhancements, and best approaches to wrangle various data pipelines to tell a compelling story.
• Document processes and recommend best practices.
• Evaluate and monitor e-learning and contribute to continuous improvement in our data culture learning/mentoring initiatives. 
• Enhance the Tableau insights dashboard to monitor BI KPI Tableau expansion
• Build and implement Tableau dashboards as examples of best practices and help guide KT teams to increasing data literacy and presentation
• Coach internal Tableau users & problem solve
• Contribute to “Data Literacy at KT” new hire orientation materials
• Help create a plan to formalize a data Center of Engagement (COE)

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years data and visualization work experience
• Previous general Business Intelligence work experience
• Mindset focused on curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement
• Strong people, presentation and communication skills
• Highly skilled in Tableau, SQL, data-wrangling (Tableau Certification would be a plus)
