How you will help
Working collaboratively with different stakeholders while onboarding our providers. You will be the technical contact to understand providers' data models' technical, and operational challenges, collection processes, and data remittance. You will be able to facilitate the data ingestion and onboarding of key providers for comprehensive ingestion and data staging. Your technical expertise and can-do attitude will be critical to our team's success.
 
What you will do
•Efficiently manage our providers' onboarding process through team delegation, ensuring customer delight 
•Lead technical conversations with different stakeholders to resolve any data issues, and support during the onboarding process, which includes data ingestion, normalization, and QC activities
•Provide guidance on healthcare data types: medical claims transactions, pharmacy claims, EMR/EHR, and other emerging data assets
•Oversee the lifecycle of reference data sources, collaborate with providers on accurate meanings in source data, and support Data Architect in the mapping and normalization.

Desired Skills and Experience
•5+ years experience in the healthcare data industry
•Intermediate knowledge of SQL or Python in an agile environment
•Loves to be in a client-facing role and ability to influence other
•Strong technical communication skills working with different stakeholders
•Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $54,000 - 200,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
