What we are looking for…

What you'll do...

• Work with existing data to build routine reports on team and individual performance to distribute weekly to leadership
• Develop necessary dashboards and reports to dynamically display data to stakeholders
• Conduct research, investigate workflows, business procedures, and make detailed recommendations.
• Work side-by-side with the Sr. Director of Concierge to help drive efficiencies and take our guest experience to the next level.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess work processes, identify needs and gain buy-in for continuous improvement strategies.
• Develop and verify performance files, improve workflow, automate reporting structures and develop standard processes.
• Assess the market environment, perform statistical analysis, and present reports to senior management.
• Understand and implement compliance standards and regulations.

What you'll bring...

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst working in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Verifiable experience with SQL, Excel, Quicksights, or SalesForce reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Statistics, Data Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations or Business
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, and tech is a plus.
• Advanced aptitude for math, statistics, and financial modeling, as well as advanced problem solving and investigative skills.
• Focused, hard-working, and willing to do what it takes for us to reach the next stage.
• Great communications skills, adaptive, proactive, with an ability to think on your feet.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
