What we are looking for…
An Analyst, Concierge who will conduct in-depth analysis of the business to identify weaknesses and opportunities in our business model and operations. The Analyst, Concierge will be responsible for digging into data to report on individual and team KPIs to department leadership. The ideal candidate has razor-sharp quantitative analysis skills including SQL, Excel, or SalesForce dashboard/reporting expertise. They should be able to understand how to take data, find actionable trends, and be able to build persuasive data-driven suggestions. The Analyst, Concierge will be part of a small but growing team needed to operate with a high degree of independence.
What you'll do...
- Work with existing data to build routine reports on team and individual performance to distribute weekly to leadership
- Develop necessary dashboards and reports to dynamically display data to stakeholders
- Conduct research, investigate workflows, business procedures, and make detailed recommendations.
- Work side-by-side with the Sr. Director of Concierge to help drive efficiencies and take our guest experience to the next level.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess work processes, identify needs and gain buy-in for continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop and verify performance files, improve workflow, automate reporting structures and develop standard processes.
- Assess the market environment, perform statistical analysis, and present reports to senior management.
- Understand and implement compliance standards and regulations.
What you'll bring...
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst working in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Verifiable experience with SQL, Excel, Quicksights, or SalesForce reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Statistics, Data Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations or Business
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, and tech is a plus.
- Advanced aptitude for math, statistics, and financial modeling, as well as advanced problem solving and investigative skills.
- Focused, hard-working, and willing to do what it takes for us to reach the next stage.
- Great communications skills, adaptive, proactive, with an ability to think on your feet.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
