What we are looking for
The Senior Manager of Operations Analytics will oversee the activity of the quality assurance manager and associated staff to develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing processes (auditing), and reporting for field operations, customer experience, and other areas of our business. You will help ensure the success of geographically distributed remote teams by building systems of auditing and reporting across a variety of digital platforms like SalesForce, Kustomer, and our own internal softwares to ensure AvantStay guests are being assisted in real time and our teams are set up for success with accurate individual or team performance data. 

What you'll do...

    • Develop, implement, and manage auditing processes to ensure that internal processes meet the required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
    • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for customer experience and field operations teams
    • Regularly report metrics and KPIs based off of the quality assurance processes to internal stakeholders
    • Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team and other internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate on the testing and rollout of processes
    • Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple processes; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
    • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll bring...

    • 2 years of experience building or managing quality assurance programs for customer experience or field operations teams
    • 2 - 5 years experience directly managing personnel
    • 2 - 5 years experience with SQL
    • 2 - 5 years experience with SalesForce dashboards or reporting
    • Expert level Excel skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
