A Manager, Reporting and Analytics who is a critical thinker, detail-oriented, organized. This person will have experience with analyzing data for multiple departments in order to assist with imperative business decisions throughout the company. The Manager, Reporting and Analytics will have great oral and written communication skills.  The ideal candidate will be able to present data in a clear and concise manner that their team and all stakeholders can easily follow and understand. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, interpersonal skills as well as extensive computer knowledge.

What you’ll do…

• Help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports
• Responsible for gathering, cleaning, and inspecting various data sets to find and resolve problems
• Use eye-catching, high-quality charts and graphs to present their findings in a clear and concise way
• Input data and update the database regularly to ensure the most recent information is available
• Create custom reports with data to identify trends and/or opportunities
• Report metrics to vendors 
• Generate and pull data for vendor scorecard and overall performance

What you’ll bring…

• 2 - 4 years of data analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a variety of different teams
• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
• Must be US based and willing to work some weekends and some evenings full time.
• Extensive experience and working knowledge of computers, especially in data extract/reporting software
• Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
• A perfectionist, attentive to all the details.
• Focused, hard-working, and willing to do what it takes for us to reach the next stage.
• Ability to understand and convey both business issues and technical concepts
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Capable of quickly learning new software systems
