Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations function, driving analytics and insights from Salesforce.com and its surrounding application ecosystem. 

How you'll add value:

    • Lead and own internal RevOps reporting and dashboard projects 
    • Create data processes to track sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics 
    • Create and optimize data visualization 
    • Contribute to the quarterly Board of Directors presentation 
    • Proactively analyze data to uncover trends for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success 
    • Own incoming reporting requests from the GTM team leaders 
    • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and FP&A teams to ensure the right insights are tracked 
    • Create data processes to track leading success indicators, risk to churn, and other Client Success metrics 
    • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations to stand up new data programs and track the impact 
    • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

    • 3+ years of Sales or Revenue Operations data analytics experience  
    • Track record of owning proactive data processes 
    • Track record of owning reporting across the entire customer lifecycle 
    • Expert knowledge of SFDC reporting and dashboards 
    • Expert knowledge of Excel (myriad functions, Goal Seek, Power Pivots, keyboard shortcuts, VBA, etc.) 
    • Expert knowledge of BI, SQL, data visualization, and financial reporting 
    • Expert knowledge of lead flow and marketing operations reporting 
    • Experience with reporting out of a data warehouse and/or data lake 
    • Team player who understands and successfully collaborates with many departments including Sales, Finance, Operations, Deal Desk, and Customer Success 
    • Strong communication skills with experience presenting data and analytical insights to upper management 
    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
    • Experience with compelling data storytelling 
    • Experience with Marketo, Clari, Salesloft, Domo, Looker 
    • Experience working in Agile sprints and ceremonies

    • Compensation: Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a salary range of $65K-$90K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
