This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations as an individual contributor and will be a vital part of the Revenue Operations & Enablement team.  
    
The Sales Operations Analyst will be a key partner in taking the Sales Organization to the next level, providing valuable analytical insights to support Sales leadership, facilitating seamless operational processes, and maintaining data integrity within our internal sales systems.    
   
The Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales team, they are the SME of the enterprise’s data structure, understanding where critical data resides and how to extract and compile it meaningfully. As the enterprise’s statistician for Sales & Revenue Operations, this role provides critical data analysis and insights for a wide variety of needs, including insights for sales performance, sales capacity, territories, accounts, and industry whitespace. As a segment business partner, they will support the sales team segments managing territories, driving monthly forecasting cadences with segment management, GTM design, planning and execution.   
   
Strong communication coupled with excellent analytical skills are required. Being able to identify the right problems to solve, turn data into actionable insights, prioritize requests, and influence and drive insights into process improvements and business results is a must. How you'll add value:

    • As a Segment Business Partner, you will support your assigned Sales Leaders in managing pipeline, performance, sales territories, GTM design, rules of engagement, and sales capacity.    
    • Assist with the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.   
    • Own, drive and continuously improve forecast and pipeline management, process, and methodology. Understand forecast trends across different business segments and see around corners to provide insight to sales management.   
    • Manage and support the data requirements for ongoing business activities such as monthly and quarterly business reviews and produce insightful reporting on the overall performance of the business and potential areas of opportunity.  
    • Analyze sales and business performance with consideration for sales quotas, company OKRs, KPIs, and sales coverage. Where weaknesses and gaps in the data and processes exist provide recommendations for improvement.  
    • Partner with Finance, Marketing, IT, HR, etc., to develop strategies and automation tools to support Sales.    
    • Drive innovation by exploring new tools, methodologies, and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.   
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, performing regular audits and validations.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

    • 4+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (SaaS) company   
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including pivot tables, data modelling, lookups, etc.   
    • Strong experience using Salesforce.com, business intelligence tools (Domo, Tableau) Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach), conversational intelligence tools (Gong, Copilot), forecasting (Clari)   
    • Advanced analytical skills - proficient in modeling complex problems   
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.    
    • Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.    
    • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business acumen.    
    • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing automation solutions.    
    • Able to think critically, identify gaps and develop a plan to address issues

    • This position has a salary range of $80K-$100K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
