The Principal Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for the R365 Reporting suite of products from ideation to go-to-market and will work closely with every other Product Manager to drive our reporting strategy across the entire R365 Platform.

- Own all Reporting areas of the product: Business Intelligence; Canned Reports; Ad Hoc Reporting; Custom Financial Reporting

- Drive, develop and maintain the R365 Reporting Strategy and Roadmap
- Craft and realize a 3 Year vision for all Reporting in R365
- Select, design, and write user stories for the Reporting Scrum Team
- Evaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debt
- Collaborate with other teams to plan, design, and deliver products that bring value to our users
- Present vision and strategy at internal and external broadcasts
- Mentor other Product Managers and uplevel them in their careers
- Receive constructive feedback with grace, using it to iterate and improve
- Conduct customer interviews
- Work with other teams to ensure reporting is used to its fullest capability
- Work with the Go to Market (GTM) team to strategize on how this product will be rolled out to both prospects and internal customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and what data points drive successful restaurant businesses
- Work with our R&D partners (Product, Design, Engineering) leveraging tools, methodologies, and processes to interpret large amounts of data into visuals including dashboards, reports, notifications, and/or similar features
- Mold these visuals to ensure that the product always provides actionable insights for the user
- Support the R365 Product by identifying opportunities with data, understanding features and capabilities to make recommendations for how to use data to better enable the customer experience and enhance the overall product
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in data driven roles
- 3+ years of experience in product management in data and analytics
- A solid demonstrated understanding of data analytics and strong analytical and business problem solving skills
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and business intelligence tools on both web and mobile interfaces
- Demonstrated Agile Methodology experience, ideally at scale
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work successfully with cross functional stakeholders
- Experience working in the restaurant industry
- Worked with or for a top Analytics tool in the market

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
- This position has a salary range of $139K-$180K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
