ROLE MISSION 
Our Data Insights & Intelligence Team is seeking a data analytics professional with expertise in extracting, transforming, and generating data insights in support of our business. They will help shape and deliver the data strategy and processes that provide quantitative and qualitative support to our leaders, product managers, engineers, sales & marketing, and customer success teams. To be successful in this role they must have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify stories and patterns in data. It is important that they are a proactive communicator with a knack for finding issues and insights while bringing people together to solve problems or improve the current state.

OUTCOMES

    • Ownership of Product & Customer Health Reporting
    • Own the reporting of product health metrics that define user trends and health thresholds for existing and newly implemented product modules
    • Define and track product health metrics to help evaluate the impact of product work on customer outcomes, satisfaction, retention, ARR, growth, etc.
    • Define and track customer health metrics that include signals from product, customer success, and support to identify at-risk and healthy customers so that our customer success team can make timely impact on customer satisfaction, retention

    • Create Meaningful Data Insights
    • Explore and analyze relational data across product, finance, and customer success to find meaningful insights about our business
    • Identify and present data insights that lead to profitable decision making
    • Create/Design intuitive data visualizations that allow us to better understand the data that drives our business
    • Work closely with individual stakeholders from across the organization to identify opportunities for data analytics to improve existing processes
    • Manage ad-hoc data requests from various business areas

    • Enhance Our Data Culture & Data Assets
    • Promote and influence data literacy and understanding across the company
    • Help us to organize, enhance, and drive consistency in our data analytics and data source assets so that data is accurate, verified, and democratized across the business
    • Support other teams in using and collecting data from various sources so we can create a robust foundation of data around our customers and product

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • Technical
    • Advanced skills in extracting, transforming, and reporting business intelligence insights from product and business data
    • Ability to hypothesize, explore, and find meaningful insights in complex data sets
    • Advanced SQL for structured relational databases
    • Advanced Tableau visualization skills
    • Intermediate Python skill (Django knowledge is a plus)
    • Intermediate knowledge of machine learning

    • Business
    • Writing and presentation skills for presenting data analytics information to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage diverse workflows
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with non-technical and cross-functional teams and run technical discovery processes
    • Team player with the desire to learn and tackle challenges across technical and organizational areas
