The role of Analyst Intern is ideal for someone who is always thinking about how to optimize, and loves working with data, solving big problems, and making a measurable impact. Analysts are not just a reporting function at EverQuote; they lead cross functional projects and data-driven decision making, the core of EverQuote operational philosophy as we change the way people shop for insurance.
As an Analyst intern, you will identify new areas of opportunity and be empowered to take action on your findings to deliver business impact in the form of revenue and profit. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company. We are looking for someone with analytical ability, an interest in understanding business and marketplace dynamics, and the enthusiasm to make an impact.
Our Analytics Internship Program is a 10-12 week program focused on sourcing and developing talent for careers in analytics. The internship start date is June 5, 2023. Compensation is hourly on a bi-weekly basis and varies.

Teams:
Performance Media Analytics (Remote): The Performance Media (PM) analytics summer intern is responsible for supporting the operations and analytics of the PM team across channels and verticals. You will support the end to end analysis of PM performance, suggest and implement changes for optimal business results, lead experimentations that produce future business growth, participate in creative design, production and testing processes, and build statistical models that will help us make better business decisions. We are open to applicants located anywhere.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Analytics (Remote): The SEM analytics summer intern is responsible for providing assistance to the SEM team with day to day operational tasks, performance reporting, and certain projects. The SEM team is responsible for growing and optimizing our SEM program across channels and verticals. The team leads EverQuote’s search marketing, campaign management, and strategy and growth opportunities via data analysis, experimentation, and industry insights and trends. This role is for you if you love data analysis and user psychology, if you’re energized by seeing immediate financial results of your work, and if you’re committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are open to applicants local to Boston/Cambridge.
3rd Party Analytics (Hybrid and Remote): The 3rd Party analytics team is responsible for growing and optimizing our 3rd party traffic acquisition program across channels and verticals. The 3rd Party analytics summer intern is responsible for providing assistance to the 3rd party calls and leads team by analyzing and optimizing performance across verticals, and suggesting and implementing changes that optimize business results. Additionally, they will assist on special projects as needed. We are open to applicants located anywhere.
