As the Senior Analyst for EverQuote's Analytics and Data Science teams, you will help thousands of partners to assist millions of consumers protect their most valuable assets. You will formulate data-driven strategies for optimization and growth across all verticals and products by enabling teams to take advantage of best-in-class technology. You will be a significant driver of strategic, transformative growth for EverQuote overall, design and operationalize an industry-leading consumer experience, and support the successful growth of our insurance partners.

The Analytics and Data Science team’s mission is to enhance, empower, and accelerate decision-making through delivering best-in-class quantitative and qualitative data analysis and insights that dramatically improves the consumer, insurance agent, and insurance carrier experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally with EverQuote’s internal stakeholders and serve as a primary program manager for all things analytics 
• Monitor, assess, and continually improve key performance metrics for partners by creating novel value-add work streams
• Launch  growth and quality improvement projects and communicate results/insights to both the Senior Leadership Team and functional leads
• Break down large, complex problems into systematic, easily understandable outputs  to deliver projects and results on time
• Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across data collection, model implementation and result analysis
• Possess a continuous learner and continuous improvement mindset

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of Data Analyst experience tackling business problems using data-driven approaches and presenting to business and technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with technical project/program management at a Technology company is a plus
• Experience running projects involving multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional fast-paced environment
• Previous experience using large data sets and statistical models to drive business impact
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills skills, expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, A/B testing 
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute solutions to address both defined and undefined problems
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
