As the Senior Analytics Manager for EverQuote's Consumer Engagement team, you will use data to identify and execute on opportunities to maximize outcomes for insurance shoppers, agents, and carriers in EverQuote’s Calls program. This program connects thousands of shoppers to insurance providers over the phone every day. Your work includes, but is not limited to, managing junior analysts, working with leadership to establish strategy and set teamwide OKRs, and executing high impact initiatives.

This role will drive improvements in quality conversation rate (e.g. over-5-minute transfer rate) across the Calls program, ensure that our internal call center retains its competitive advantage as it scales, and manage several calls-focused analysts on the Consumer Engagement team.

The Analytics team’s mission is to enhance, empower, and accelerate decision-making by delivering best-in-class quantitative and qualitative data analysis and insights that dramatically improves the consumer, insurance agent, and insurance carrier experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working cross-functionally with EverQuote’s internal stakeholders and serve as a primary analytics program manager for the Calls program
  • Monitoring, assessing, and continually improving key performance metrics for partners by creating novel value-add work streams
  • Driving business outcomes by proactively identifying and prioritizing opportunities that drive the most value for the program
  • Understanding meaningful day-to-day and week-to-week changes in Calls program performance
  • Managing a team of other analysts to help support them in their career growth

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of Data Analyst experience tackling business problems using data-driven approaches and presenting to business and technical stakeholders. 
  • Background in a fast paced operational environment
  • Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel
  • Experience with technical project/program management at a Technology company is a plus
  • Experience managing and/or mentoring other analysts
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization

The base compensation range for this role is $130,000-$155,000 plus equity.
