The Manager, Growth Marketing Analytics is responsible for growing our core performance media channels (Display, Social and Video) by owning both the strategy and end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. You’ll leverage your bar-raising data analysis skills to diagnose channel performance and prioritize opportunities, and you’ll leverage your creativity and understanding of user psychology to design + run experiments that optimize creatives and site experiences. You’ll be the resident expert in performance media and continue to bring the latest best practices to our portfolio of channels and campaigns.

This role is for you if you love data analysis and user psychology, if you’re energized by seeing immediate financial results of your work, and if you’re committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This role is not for you if you’re not comfortable working in a fast paced environment, getting “in the weeds” of campaign management, or uncomfortable with P&L ownership.

This is an individual contributor role with the potential to build a team around the growth of our performance media program!

You Have:

  • Experience running performance media channels (Display, Social, Video), ideally in a B2C setting
  • Experience with creative production and testing
  • Exceptional analytical skills – a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, related field OR demonstrated analytical and technical ability (working professional history as a Data Analyst )
  • A proven track record of turning business problems into solutions using data, creativity, and empathy.
  • Understanding of core statistical concepts - including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and regression analysis
Familiarity with web analytics tools and marketing technologies (e.g Google Analytics, pixel/tag management, BI platforms, etc)
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
  • A deep curiosity about consumer needs and behavior in the insurance space!

The base compensation range for this role is $115,000-$130,000 plus equity (RSUs). We also have an Open PTO policy, employer retirement match with generous vesting, plus more!

We get it. Requirements can sometimes hold people back from applying to a job, but don’t let that be the case here. If you believe you have the skills it takes to elevate this role, team, and company, we encourage you to apply for this role.
