As the Senior Analyst for the EverQuote’s 3rd Party Agency team, you will help thousands of partners to assist millions of consumers protect their most valuable assets by enabling feature teams to take advantage of best-in-class technology. You will be a significant driver of strategic, transformative growth for EverQuote overall, design and operationalize an industry-leading consumer experience, and support the successful growth of our insurance partners.

This team’s mission is to enhance, empower, and accelerate decision-making through delivering best-in-class quantitative and qualitative data analysis and insights that dramatically improves the consumer, insurance agent, and insurance carrier experience and catalyzes growth for EverQuote’s 3rd Party Agency team. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you’ll be a key player in formulating and executing this mission. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally with EverQuote’s internal stakeholders and serve as a primary program manager for all things analytics 
• Build and own a strategic high-growth project pipeline from ideation to implementation that drives P+L impact
• Monitor, assess, and continually improve key performance metrics for partners by creating novel value-add work streams
• Launch  growth and quality improvement projects and communicate results/insights to both the Senior Leadership Team and functional leads
• Break down large, complex problems into systematic, easily understandable outputs  to deliver projects and results on time
• Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across data collection, model implementation and result analysis
• Possess a continuous learner and continuous improvement mindset

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience tackling business problems using data-driven approaches and presenting the same to business and technical stakeholders. Experience with technical project/program management at a Technology company is a plus
• Experience running projects involving multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional fast-paced environment
• Previous experience using large data sets and statistical models to drive business impact
• Strong data analysis skills, expertise in SQL and Tableau (or similar); Python/Pandas a plus
• Experience producing reliable and regular reporting dashboards/presentations
• Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in A/B Testing frameworks and analysis
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute solutions to address both defined and undefined problems
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
