Looking to do work that matters?
We get it – it’s why most people come to Cleo. Together we’re fighting for the world’s financial health, building an AI that helps our users make the best money decisions from day one. We’ve helped 4 million people so far with personalised insights and a voice you don’t expect in FinTech. But it’s time to do more.
As we enter the next phase, we’re looking for more improvisers, data geeks and grown ups who want to own their work and create meaningful change.
What you’ll be doing
As Cleo grows rapidly, you will take the lead on ensuring we can move fast, make data driven decisions, and enable self-serve data exploration within your product area.
You will lead a pod of Product Analysts and Analytic Engineers, dedicated to a product pillar. Your team will leverage rich user data and cutting-edge technology to see insights turned into real products. That means developing and maintaining data models that will be the backbone for reporting and amplify the productivity of analysts. It also means constantly exploring customer data and trends, creating and running tests, and revealing current and future-facing insights. You’ll apply your expertise to overseeing the work of the team and ensuring a seamless integration between analytic engineering and insight-driven analysis.
You’ll also sit within the wider data function here at Cleo; a hotshot team of 20 Product Analysts, Analytic Engineers, and Data Scientists with significant industry experience that are at the heart of everything we do at Cleo. You’ll have the opportunity to work with them in building the data platform that is the engine of Cleo’s growth.
We are looking for a self-starter, focused on results, with demonstrated success in both managing data pipelines and utilising insight to drive the success of a product.

UK App access: The Cleo app is no longer downloadable in the UK (but only until next year). If you’re an existing user, you’ll still have access to the app. But some features won’t be available (just for a little while). Why? 99% of our users are based in the US – where financial health is often overlooked. We’ve decided to shift our focus to where we can provide the most value and make the greatest impact for users who need it most. Then we’ll be able to apply what we learn to better support our UK users in the future. Check out this page for more information.
