What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Marketing Analyst you’ll enable your team to make better decisions, faster. Working as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, designers, and engineers, you’ll apply your expertise to drive the future of what we build at Cleo. You will leverage rich user data and cutting-edge technology to see your insights turned into real products.

You’ll also sit within the wider data science function here at Cleo; a hotshot team of 20 Data Scientists and Product Analysts, with significant industry experience that are at the heart of everything we do at Cleo. You’ll have the opportunity to work with them in building and deploying in-production models that developers will feed directly into the product.

We are looking for a self-starter, focused on results, with a demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of our marketing and growth initiatives. 

  • Defining key product metrics and KPIs to track the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Working alongside marketers to advise campaign setup & attribution, including when & what experiment setup is necessary (A/B test, geo experiment, etc.), and how to measure it.
  • Working with engineers to define new data point & process to track, send, or automate.
  • Helping to decide where marketing budget should be spent & how to optimise different channels through deep dive analysis and ROAS or LTV model.
About You
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • A strong ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a concise and engaging manner
  • Previous experience within Marketing Analytics
  • Experience in marketing measurements (incrementality, attribution, digital marketing, and brand campaigns)
  • Knowledge of statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, regressions) and how to conduct A/B tests.
  • Fluency in Python and its application in data analysis is a nice to have, but not essential
