Just as importantly, they’ll need to collaborate regularly with our engineers, designers, customers, and stakeholders to understand what must be done and why.
We are looking for a collaborative and analytical Product Manager who will work closely with data scientists and data engineers on our agile scrum team to bring products to market that will revolutionize the way insurance companies use telematics data. You must have a strong technical and analytical background and be able to think holistically about opportunities that our valuable data can be used to drive business value for insurance companies. You will be involved in continuing to shape the strategic product vision as well as manage product discovery, roadmaps and manage a Jira backlog to maximize the value that Arity delivers to the insurance industry through our telematics product suite.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with an insurance-solutions focused, data analytics team. Be able to understand the nature of data analytics execution done, create and steer team towards achievable outcomes with well-defined goals and timelines
- Understand how telematics data is used to create and fuel products and services that caters the insurance industry.
- Bridge gaps and help define how telematics data can best be used to create new opportunities or enhance existing product suite, and make effective contributions to product strategy
- Collaborate with other product managers and a multi-disciplinary scrum team to deliver on an ambitious set of objectives for the segment.
- Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy.
- Define and manage KPIs and similar metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
- Manage dependencies and plan roadmap by working with cross functional teams to launch new solutions or new customers. Partner with project management and tech lead to champion smooth execution in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving capability and you're able to anticipate and address challenges head-on
- Help train internal departments on new product features and provide support to customers as needed. Develop efficient customer communication, documentation, and feedback channels.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with at least 3-5 of experience years in data analytics product management, preferably in insurance or at a minimum with products offered in regulated markets which rely on analysis of complex data
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, computer science or a related field.
- Experience with the insurance industry, and B2B product offerings is highly desired.
- Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior, to influence product roadmap.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business value and prioritization.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $112,000.00 – 196,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
