Brief Overview:

The

Associate Data Analyst is an entry-level role focused on maintaining our telehealth platform’s reporting and service attribution capabilities. In this role, you’ll be updating existing reports with new data on a recurring basis and responding to business requests for new data. Using your SQL knowledge and inquisitive mind, you will research and report back on escalated customer support issues to ensure that our patient population receives the best care. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our existing service attribution framework as we work to migrate to our next-generation platform. This role offers opportunities for growth within the broader team as we expand our telehealth solution to more customers and new capabilities, as you’ll pitch in to support our overall workload.

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve escalated customer support issues
  • Maintain existing reporting commitments while also supporting ad hoc requests
  • Analyze and report on data using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access
  • Maintain data models and reports, including implementing updates as needed
  • Maintain documentation of data analysis processes and customer support procedures
  • Monitor internal and external customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or healthcare analytics
  • Working knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experience with MS Access and VBA
  • Experience with internal and external customer support escalations
  • Experience with Looker and Google Standard SQL is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

The typical base salary range for this position is $54,400 - $74,800.  The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors.  In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
