The Associate Director, People Analytics will be the founding member of the People Analytics team here at WelbeHealth. Uniquely positioned on the Analytics team with a direct dotted line to support our People/Human Resources department in utilizing data to tell a story and derive insights to inform People-related business decisions. This role will serve as an individual contributor to start and has the potential to spearhead a growing people analytics team in the future.

Essential Job Duties:

· Support all People/Human Resources functions (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Experience etc.) by conducting analyses and formulate actionable insights for key themes such as diversity, equity and inclusion, recruitment, team engagement, etc.

· Act as subject matter expert on using cloud-based systems to help with analysis and data visualization

· Partner with business leaders and people/human resources functions to share data-findings, partner on potential solutions and strategy implementation, develop KPI’s, etc.

· Facilitate collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth and with external stakeholders and experts

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or six (6) years of relatable experience in lieu of degree

· Four (4) years of analytics experience with HR-specific data specifically supporting a human resources department

· Demonstrated experience with cloud-based analytics software and HRIS systems

· Demonstrated experience with transforming raw, operational data into actionable, insightful findings, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
