About the Role:
We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate data and analytics efforts and boost our Field Operations trajectory - Sales, Customer Success, Partnership Ecosystem. This person will work closely with our C-suite executives and operation teams to develop and deliver high quality reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive better and faster decisions. Successful candidates will exhibit technical acumen and business savvy, with a passion for making an impact, through creative storytelling and timely actions.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with sales and FP&A team to understand key metrics and document business requirements for developing appropriate business analysis and reporting applications

Develop UI mock-ups, storyboards, flow diagrams, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Responsible for troubleshooting data issues and conducting root cause analysis when reporting data is in question.

Document project artifacts and train end-users for better adoption of dashboards/reports

Build interactive data visualizations, work with businesses to tease out the best stories to tell from a given dataset

Write complex SQL code to build production ETL pipeline, implement metric calculations in DWH based on business definition

Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and leadership
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of total experience in both data warehouse and BI technologies with a minimum 3 years, primarily on Tableau

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience analyzing data in B2B CRM environments and or financial metrics, e.g. Salesforce.com (SFDC), P&L analytics, etc.

Strong SQL skills within relational database systems like Big Query, SQL Server etc.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or marketing or equivalent work experience
What Gives You an Edge:

7+ years of experience in data science and analytics.

Experience and/or knowledge in driving consumption-based business models in a B2B environment

Experience and/or knowledge in sales, marketing, financial reporting and FP&A processes

Experience working in GTM function at a SaaS company, e.g. key go-to-market funnel optimization, customer insights & retention, etc.
