About the Role:

Digital marketing plays a vital role in the overall GoodRx growth strategy. Given past and current success, GoodRx is expanding its digital marketing efforts and is looking for a talented analyst to help drive that growth.

The BI Analyst will assist the Manager of Business Analytics and Director of Business Analytics in the strategy, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will partner closely with our Digital Marketing team - who control our paid search, mobile search, display, paid social channels, among others - to coordinate test plans, offer strategic insight, and provide timely results reporting. You will also collaborate with our Product and Data Science teams to enrich our data infrastructure and develop innovative new methods of measuring performance. We are looking for someone with a unique combination of technical skills and strategic thinking who can transform complex analyses into actionable insights.

An ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, independent problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.


    • Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor business trends, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain a pulse on overall KPI health
    • Engage with Data Engineering to build out next-level data infrastructure/marketing tools
    • Brainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities in digital marketing
    • Build proxy and forecasting tools to predict performance
    • Support planning and measurement of tests (A/B, incrementality, pre/post)
    • Support bid strategy and market selection for new campaigns
    • Brainstorm innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new and existing marketing initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years in strategy, analytics or finance role supporting multiple stakeholders
    • Strong SQL proficiency with joins, case statements, subqueries/temp tables, cast/convert, etc.
    • Strong Excel proficiency (statistical functions, regressions, linest, etc.)
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Proven ability to interpret data to find insights and drive recommendations
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
    • Experience working with large datasets
    • Data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau etc.)
    • Experience with digital marketing campaign optimization (SEM, Social, Programmatic Display/Video, etc.)
