About the Role

The Business Analytics Sr. Analyst will use data and insights to develop new business strategies and reporting. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive analytical toolkit and the ability to dive in and help drive optimal decision making across multiple disciplines. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key consultant with cross-functional internal leaders & external partners in areas such as Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product. You will develop analytical frameworks and insights to support strategic decisions and help expand a high-growth sales channel


•Serve as the analytical liaison to Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to expand the market footprint of a key-growth area in 2022 and beyond
•Collaborate with Product to optimize conversion tactics and report out on the success of different efforts
•Become familiar with business challenges and technologies and act as a trusted advisor for both internal & external stakeholders
•Build analytical & strategic frameworks that size business opportunities and define success metrics to inform decision making and strategic planning
•Develop operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor program growth and track results of recommendations
•Partner with data team to develop backend data sources that fuel reporting and query optimization

Skills & Qualifications:

•4+ years experience in an analytical role
•Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
•High SQL, Excel, and Power Point proficiency
•Exceptional written and oral communication skills
•Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights
•Management consulting, or Sales Operations experience at another technology firm
•Prior experience working with pricing, marketing, and conversion metrics
•Data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Bonus Points:
•Experience in healthcare, specifically at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or Major Retail Pharmacy
•Prior experience working with ecommerce and pricing analytics is a plus, as we continuously seek to make it easier for our patients to save with us.
