The Senior Operations Analyst position works within a team of business and technical collaborators to deliver actionable insights and data to internal and external clients. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and analyzing data for vitaCare’s operations organization across programs and client portfolio. You will work closely with operations and executive leadership to deliver insights on business performance on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis. The Operations Analyst will report to the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer and work closely with the members of the operations, client management, product management and other cross functional interdisciplinary teams to ensure vitaCare is delivering best in class experience for patients while exceeding client expectations. The Operations Analyst may also work in tandem with Business Development and Strategic Initiatives team members in support of new business or market initiatives. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Deliver ongoing contact center and operations reporting, and manage delivery deadlines and schedules
    • Develop analytic/quantitative models in support of key internal and client decision making processes
    • Partner with internal teams to evaluate existing reporting/dashboards and provide additional analytics to serve existing and prospective clients.
    • Support presentations on program analytics for existing and prospective clients. 
    • Proactively manage and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are achieved, communicating progression or road-blocks 
    • Produce ad-hoc analyses to support client requests
    • Present findings and provide subject matter expertise on program data to clients and internal partners
    • Partner with business and technical collaborators to monitor, analyze and implement client data enhancements

Required Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of related analytics experience. 
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering or relevant work experience.
    • Experience working with complex data sets, healthcare data or pharmacy claims, a plus 
    • Ability to present analytical findings to non-technical audiences
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Advanced Excel Skills, SQL proficiency
    • Problem Solving/Analysis Proficiency  
Physical functions: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of time; Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery; employee is frequently required to talk to internal partners and some potential customers.

Work Environment: Stationary computer work, some coordination of resources

Travel: Some travel may be required for client and internal meetings.
