The Techstars enterprise data platform is being built from the ground up on modern, cloud-based technologies with support from the highest levels of management to revolutionize the use of data throughout Techstars. We are looking for a business intelligence analyst to design and implement reporting dashboards that will provide company-wide accessibility of enterprise data. 

Responsibilities:

• Execution of user-friendly reporting dashboards on Tableau through a strong partnership with your business unit, the engineering team, your own technical and analytical acumen.
• Deliver insights that would support developing new strategies or course correct existing strategies through weighing trade-offs and cost/benefit of different solutions, and scalability.
• Facilitate the execution of data analytics through user-friendly reporting dashboards and other analytical tools.
• Work-cross functionally and cultivate strong partnerships with data teams and business stakeholders while becoming a subject matter expert (SME) through your own technical, analytical and business expertise.
• Deliver in depth analysis of major data platform changes, in partnership with data engineers, to communicate impact to business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience working as a data analyst in the investment banking industry a plus.
• Expert in BI reporting and dashboard development in Tableau. 
• 5+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata or similar), including complex queries and stored procedures. 
• Exposure to various databases such as AWS PostgreSQL Databases, 
• Experience working with investment data preferred. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn and use the terminology understood by diverse audiences
• Ability to interact with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work well with all levels of leadership.

Compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus
