Indeed.com is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our LEADS (Leads and Employer Acquisition and Distribution System) team. The LEADS team is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and routing leads to drive revenue for Indeed and generate value for employers. The person in this role will collaborate across teams creating dashboards, visualizations, algorithms, and business tools for use in outlining strategy that drives the success of the business.

What you will do:

• Python coding for reports, dashboards and visualizations
• Ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner to business stakeholders
• Design frameworks to measure the performance of leads routed manually by the Operations & Testing team (via A/B test or some causal type test)
• Leverage modeling techniques to understand the value of different lead attributes
• Build on applied machine learning knowledge to support Product Science initiatives

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree inStatistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent technical field) 
• 3+ years of Industry experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, and/or data science 
• Strong requirement gathering skills 
• Strong oral and written communication with the ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to real-world business problems 
• Advanced Knowledge in SQL relational databases or noSQL databases
• Proficiency with Python or similar programming language to clean, manipulate and present data
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau to create insightful, impactful,and interactive dashboards 
• Experience working in an Agile Project Development team
• Experience with toolkits such as numpy, scipy, pandas, scikit-learn
• Knowledge of ETL and data warehouse concepts/processes
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms (k-NN, SVM, DT, etc.)
