Join a team of highly-skilled Business Intelligence professionals dedicated to ensuring the success of Indeed’s Leads and Employer Acquisition and Distribution System (LEADS) team within the SMB business unit. The goal of LEADS is to understand the hiring needs of every company and create internal products and systems that support the success of our global sales teams.

Our Business Intelligence team works directly with LEADS and SMB leadership to identify, size, and evaluate ways to operationalize insights that drive value for our employer products and generate operational efficiency gains for the group. We are the experts on LEADS data and the go-to people for disseminating consistent, actionable insights to business leaders.

We are looking for a leader with the proven ability to deliver on key initiatives and foster collaboration to create an environment of trust and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and team leadership and management for LEADS business intelligence team
  • Lead team of business intelligence analysts to develop insights Indeed can use to optimize strategies and products for SMBs via reports, dashboards, decision-optimization tools, and visualizations (using Python, Tableau, Redash)
  • Turn business requirements into technical requirements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that meet their needs, while making sure the priorities for your team are properly aligned to business needs
  • Lead business intelligence platform integration and maintenance, defining and building reports and dashboards
  • Help boost company performance through revenue or efficiency gains, as a result of Team’s efforts
  • Support leadership in identifying and defining strategy, goals, and metrics that drive value for the LEADS and Indeed.
  • Responsible for ensuring LEADS team is able to measure results related to roadmaps/KRs
  • Provide short to mid term focus for your team by planning, developing, and delivery of team initiatives and milestones
  • Achieve goals by collaborating, influencing, and building effective relationships with diverse global teams
  • Empower members of your team to grow their skillset and advance their career goals
  • Coach team on providing stakeholders an analytical partnership that helps product teams validate goals and uncover new opportunities

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or operational field (e.g. business or economics) or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to real-world business problems
  • Strong project management skills and designing process evaluations
  • Experience working in an Agile Project Development team
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, e.g. Tableau
  • Experience with cloud platform data warehouse technologies. E.g. Snowflake
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python
  • Ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively and get things done
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate a team
