The Client Engagement Leader (CEL) is responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of Guidewire’s Data and Analytics customers. Guidewire’s Data and Analytics include a Predictive Modeling platform, Cyber insurance risk modeling and analytics, business intelligence tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) and data libraries including Property, Commercial and Cyber. This role will bring the power of Guidewire’s entire organization to bear for our customers.
The CEL will ensure that our customers are delighted with the analytical tools that they have licensed.
A key part of this role is working directly with our customers and across Guidewire teams. The purpose is to align how customers are using the Analytics tools – supporting the client team to increase their adoption of our products and to drive renewals for the service. We expect that our customers will see their CEL as a trusted advisor and true partner – encouraging their teams to adopt best practices, advocating for their needs back to Guidewire product development, and helping to find new ways to derive value from their Guidewire investment.
The end goal is a set of happy customers that make continuous use of Guidewire’s Data and Analytics products, that renew their subscriptions, and are eager to expand the footprint of the Guidewire solutions within their firm.
