The Role:

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the growth and development of the telehealth mental health company. The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders on clinical, product, operations, and engineering teams to identify and address data-driven opportunities to improve the company's products and services.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate an abstract research question into a concrete analysis plan
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Strong proficiency with a business intelligence tool (eg. Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with Python or R
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Experience with telehealth or other remote health care delivery models is preferred
• Experience with mental health data or electronic healthcare data is preferred
• Experience writing production code is preferred
• Experience with machine learning is preferred
