About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting our growth team with the use of data to drive acquisition and retention campaigns and initiatives.
• Data modelling focussed on customer acquisition, retention and churn
• Delivering marketing and user journey analysis and optimisation
• Ensuring accurate and insightful reporting is in place to manage the business, delivering insights to help prioritise opportunities and giving guidance on potential areas of improvement
• Supporting company-wide improvements with timely insight through a stronger platform of data and the development of more sophisticated BI tools and content

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

• Experience working in a marketing environment, analysing user journeys and campaign activities
• Experience modelling data and deriving insight to drive decision making
• Familiarity with marketing terminology, or have a background in a digital marketing environment
• Strong experience translating data into real business impact
• Experience working with event level campaign/web/app analytics data via any of: Snowplow, GA 360 (via BigQuery), Adobe Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel or similar
• Experience using SQL
• Experience with a data visualisation tool such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI
