You will be the face of Student Beans! You will be a pivotal stakeholder in ensuring we celebrate and champion our values, as well as driving an amazing employee experience for all. This role will sit within the people team, but you will communicate with everyone! You will regularly liaise with the senior leadership team to ensure crucial business communications are relayed through various different channels.

About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join us. Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Product team and Developers in your Tribe to deliver against your product roadmap each quarter by monitoring the health of our app and web products and ensuring regular reporting needs are met
• Supporting development of current features and discovery of new features, advising the set up of A/B testing and analysing results, and tracking performance through building dashboards/reports
• Ensuring accurate and insightful reporting is in place to manage the business, delivering insights to help prioritise opportunities and giving guidance on potential areas of improvement
• Delivering analysis to Product Owners based on customer behaviour and interaction through qualitative and quantitative analysis analysis on both app and web
• Supporting company-wide improvements to timely insight through stronger platform of data and development of more sophisticated BI tools and content
• Supporting budgeting and goal setting across key metrics, modelling the business impact of proposed changes
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

• Experience using SQL and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience translating data into real business impact
• Worked with event level web/app analytics data
• Worked with Product and Engineering teams on conversion rate optimisation and AB testing
• Experience with data visualisation tooling such as Looker (desirable), Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to tell stories with data and to communicate analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
• Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and prioritise workload
• Desire to develop, learn and grow your skill sets and mentor other members
• An analytical mind with good problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
