About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us. Responsibilities include:

• Being the point person for data requests, designing and building solutions within the business
• Building informative and insightful reports and dashboards
• Conducting bespoke analysis to answer business critical questions
• Supporting internal teams in extracting actionable insight from data
• Helping to instill a self-serving data culture across the business
• Working closely with the internal product teams to use data to transform and optimise the web and app based products

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have...

• Strong experience working on product optimisation
• Experience using SQL
• Experience using testing and optimisation tools such as Google Optimize or LaunchDarkly
• Experience working with event level web/app analytics data via any of: Snowplow, GA 360 (via BigQuery), Adobe Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel
• Worked with product and engineering teams on conversion rate optimisation and AB testing.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to tell stories with data
