Bestow is searching for a Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and growing Data &Analytics Team! You will have experience with SQL/Python, business intelligence tools, KPI tracking, and data to uncover actionable insights.

You will work with Advisors Team and will clearly communicate updates to business stakeholders, collaborate with team members, and implement individual projects. If all of this is in your wheelhouse, we would like to hear from you!

Your Day to Day:

Analysis and Reporting Responsibilities:

    • Create intuitive reports and dashboards that communicate the story behind the data to key business stakeholders on our sales and operations teams
    • Conduct exploratory analysis with various datasets to support strategic initiatives within the sales team and uncover actionable insights
    • Monitor critical KPIs across the sales team and build analysis to explain any deviations from expected thresholds
    • Build and maintain a suite of self-serve reporting to streamline data access, visibility, and analysis for stakeholders

Stakeholder Management Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines
    • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and blockers

Data Infrastructure Responsibilities:

    • Write SQL queries that clean, join, and extract data from our data warehouse
    • Contribute to the maintenance of overall data architecture to ensure data parity between various sources
    • Collaborate with the data engineering team to obtain access to needed datasets and develop a model for ideal data structure
    • Work closely with internal partners in product and engineering to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency

A Little About You:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in data or analytics (any background in sales data and reporting a plus)
    • Experience working with relational databases and data warehousesIntermediate proficiency in SQL (window functions, row number functions, CTEs, complex join logic, and query optimization)
    • Proactive attitude - do what you know needs to be done without someone telling you to do it
    • Exceptional quantitative skills and fluency with data and its interpretation and impact on business strategy
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)Great attention to detail and quality of work
