As a Data Analyst, you will initiate and drive analysis to uncover critical insights for Marketing initiatives. You will work directly with the Marketing team (from analyst to CMO) to deeply understand their business and enable their operations with data. Your comfort with ambiguity and critical-thinking skills will allow you to thrive & deliver results in a nimble business that is scaling quickly.
Your experience with cross-functional work will help you navigate solving complex problems in collaboration. with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Customer Operations teams. Your data-driven mindset & excellent communication skills will ensure that your insights & solutions make a significant impact on our Marketing team’s efforts to drive growth & efficiency at Bestow.

What You Can Expect To Work On:
- Leverage a wealth of web & customer data to derive insights that will drive strategic business decisions
- Drive the development of compelling analyses to execute data-informed initiatives that help improve marketing performance, team productivity, and quality of deliverables at scale
- Create & optimize data infrastructure to help scale & propagate data within our team and with our marketing stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to identify, define, and execute analyses that align strategically with the team’s roadmap
- Focus on process and continuous improvement of core metrics through automation and process enhancement
- Act as a thought leader for data-informed initiatives and guide the team’s direction overall
- Build an in-depth understanding of, and conduct investigations leveraging large and complex data sets
- Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Customer Operations teams to solve problems at scale
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
- Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that equips the co-organization to scale successfully
A Little About You:
- 4+ years of Data Analytics experience OR 2+ years of Data Analytics and an MBA/Master’s Degree
- 3+ years of SQL experience
- Professional experience using a Data Warehouse
- Demonstrated problem-solving experience providing actionable, data-driven business insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in storytelling with data
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners
- Communication experience in articulating issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Visualization Tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
It would be great if you had:
- Professional experience with Python
- Strategy Consulting experience
- BA/BS in an Analytical Field
